Enjoy this ever-classic stout with a fun Irish twist! Add your favorite green and gold candies to make it extra festive, too! 🍀
In a cold bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks with a hand mixer with a whisk attachment. Sprinkle in sugar, green food coloring, and Irish cream, then whip to medium peaks. Set aside. Place a scoop of ice cream in a large glass. Slowly pour the stout on top of the ice cream. Top with green whipped cream and garnish with chocolates and cookies of your choice. Enjoy!
